Return Policy

Charm City Love, Inc. will exchange or refund unworn items. The customer must notify us, by email, indicating the reason within 5 days of receiving the item.

The approval of refunds and exchanges is up to Charm City Love, Inc. discretion.

All returns must be accompanied with an email stating the approved reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless otherwise arranged with Charm City Love, Inc. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for credit card refunds.
